Hayek Global and Candeia Olímpica group offer Olympic Mathematics and English classes to train students who are champions in international knowledge competitions.
Hayek Global College, an international college based in Brasília, partners with the Candeia Olímpica Group to create an exclusive project aimed at students with high academic potential. The Candeia Qualifier – powered by Hayek was created with a clear proposal: to transform intellectual excellence into advanced Olympic performance, through rigorous and differentiated strategic preparation.
With classes starting on February 23, the program offers double training, combining high-level Olympic Mathematics and academic English, preparing students to stand out in the main mathematics competitions in Brazil and the world, such as the Brazilian Mathematics Olympiad (OBM), the Brazilian Mathematics Olympiad for Public and Private Schools (OBMEP) and selective trials for elite international competitions, such as the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) and the Ibero-American Mathematical Olympiad (OIM).
"We don't want to train students just to do well in the entrance exam. We want to train champions in the world's main Mathematics Olympiads, capable of competing with — and winning against — Americans and Chinese. Therefore, it is essential to start at the base, even before high school. Hayek Global College is involved because it believes in long-term vision and real talent training. The countries that lead the world have been doing this for decades, and Brazil needs to start now", says Edson Agatti, executive director of Hayek Global College.
This vision is shared by Candeia Olímpica. "We believe that excellence does not arise by chance, nor does it only begin in high school. It is built from an early age, with a rigorous method, high-level challenges and qualified guidance. It is with this vision that Candeia Olímpica, in partnership with Hayek Global College, created this in-depth and long-term Olympic training project, so that Brazil trains not only good students, but Olympic champions capable of competing on the international stage", says Hedlian Cândido, president of Candeia Olímpica.
